I was pleasantly surprised to find champagne and chocolate-covered strawberries waiting in my room, which truly made my stay memorable. The accommodations and amenities were top-notch, and the location was perfect for exploring the area.

You gotta try the tapas at the Terrace Bar—they're absolutely bomb! Then there's the in-room dining that hit the spot after a long day. Plus, the staff at the spa? Total rock stars! Best way to unwind in the Windy City!

Staying in a spacious Superior King Room was a treat. Loved the plush bathrobe and slippers. Room had air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, a well-stocked minibar, and an espresso machine. The shower was great for unwinding. Service was top-notch, the staff really knew how to cater to guests’ needs. Location was prime too!

The upscale room was an absolute delight with tech controls and a beautiful view. The spa is a must-visit for relaxation, and don't miss their heated pool! Plus, the house car made getting around super easy, especially for my follow-up appointment. the experience was luxurious and lovely.

The experience was magical and unforgettable!

Absolutely adored the art scattered around and the cozy spots for people-watching. Super comfy beds made it hard to get out in the mornings! Plus, housekeeping was spot on with our whims!

However, the TV was more stubborn than a toddler at bedtime—streaming? Not a chance! And trying to hang my coat without entering a shoe minefield was a real challenge.
